What are your payment options?
We allow any Salvation Army corps to be invoiced. Just choose "Bill Me " as your payment option. Also, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal account.
How long have you been in business?
SalvationArmyGifts.com is created by LDA
Creations, a company that has been making custom pieces
in small quantities for very special clients since 1987. We
have had the privilege of working with presidents and vice
presidents, the social elite, fine retailers and resorts,
embassies, museums and community groups over the years to
create exactly the right token for special events. Now we
are putting our experience to work making truly elegant gifts
and favors for you.
Do you ship to addresses outside the US?
We are happy to ship outside the US, but please call us or email us with your order and shipping destinations. We will then figure the actual shipping charges and bill you accordingly.
How do you deliver your merchandise?
Your items will be delivered by UPS or Federal Express. You
choose speed of delivery at checkout. (see shipping
charges below.)
What is the time frame for delivery?
Orders normally ship about 7 days from when you place the
order. Personalized orders (those with names/words added on.) require about 5 business days to produce. Orders can be shipped faster (even custom ones), but
please call to confirm that we can accommodate this in our
production schedule. This does not include shipping time.

Can I get express shipping?
We are happy to send packages by overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping. If you need an order quickly (in two weeks or less), please call us prior to placing your order to ensure that we can fullfill the order in the time needed and help you select the most cost-efficient shipping method for your order. Many of our items are 'made-to-order', and we will estimate how long in-house processing will take.
What is your return policy?
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and
report mistakes or breakage to us immediately. (within five
working days)
For personalized items: If we have
made any error in producing your personalized item, we will
gladly replace the item as quickly as possible. Because these
items are custom-created at your request, sales are otherwise
final.
For items that are not personalized: You may return
any non-personalized item within 14 days. You are responsible
for shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original
packing cartons or with comparable protection.
What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy and hope that you find our privacy
policy refreshingly simple.
All personal information entrusted to us will not be sold or given
away to anyone. We reserve the right to send emails or 'snail
mails' that are directly related to our own products, but
we promise not to do this ad nauseum. Any marketing
email that we send will include a 'remove me' link.
If you should choose to use our "Tell a Friend"
service, we will not retain your friend's email. The friend's
email will be used only for the one time event of sending
the email that you create while you are on our site.
Credit card numbers used to purchase items on our site are
not stored on our system, but are processed by PayPal.
